How long will it take for me to receive my order?
For orders consisting of Steriluxe water purifiers/dispensers:
Our customer service team will get in contact with you to arrange for an installation date at your convenience.

For all other orders:
Upon confirmation of your order placed with us, we will take 1 - 2 working days to pack and arrange for dispatch of your order via our delivery service partners.

Packed orders will then ship within the next 1 - 2 business days and typically arrive at the stated delivery address within 3 - 5 business days.

Shipping Rates
For orders consisting of Steriluxe water purifiers/dispensers:
Any purchase of our water purifiers/dispensers comes with free shipping and free installation.
For all other orders:
All local orders are shipped at a standard courier fee at a flat rate of $4.50 for orders below $250.
Standard courier fee is complimentary for any orders above $250.

Tracking of My Orders Placed
An email containing the tracking number to your order will be sent to your registered email address when your order has been shipped.

I have yet to receive my order even after the stipulated delivery period. What can I do?
In such cases, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team via the Contact Us page. We will gladly assist you. We ask for your patience and to only contact us regarding late deliveries, if it has been more than 5 business days since your order was placed.
