What is Steriluxe's Returns Policy?

We are confident that you will love our products and share them with your loved ones. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at help@steriluxe.com within 30 days of receiving your items, and we will gladly offer you a 1-to-1 exchange or issue you a full refund less a processing fee* in the original method of payment.

Exchanges will be subject to a flat rate of $15, and a courier will be arranged to facilitate the exchange. Please ensure that the items, including the packaging box, are in their original brand new condition. Note that the exchange/refund must be requested within 30 days of receiving your items to be eligible.

Please note that there will be a processing fee of $15 per line of item for any order cancellation/refund. This is due to the payment processing fee charged by our merchant, which we are unable to refund.

We are unable to accept returns of any washed or used products. Please note that we do not accept returns on sale or promotional items.

To exchange or return your items, simply email us at help@steriluxe.com or reach out to us via the live chat feature on the bottom right of the page with photos of your current items, and we will guide you through the exchange procedures.

Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your return to process. We will send an email notification once the returned item(s) have been received, and the refund has been initiated. From this date, the full refund amount will appear back in the original account within three to five business days.

If you return your items after 30 days from their delivery receipt, we reserve the right to refuse your return.

Our return policy applies to all of our international customers, and we do refund international orders. However, please note that we are not responsible for return shipping on international orders and will not provide reimbursement for any international return shipping charges.

International customers are responsible for duties and taxes in the destination country, and we are unable to refund duties and taxes on international shipping.
